Happy Jammers KitHappy Jammers know that a great band can sound awful when they don’t have the right sound reinforcement setup. Yet for bands to carry such a wide range of kit is often impractical or unaffordable. And simply being louder is not the answer, it is the clarity of individual instruments/vocals along with the right mix that creates the best possible sound in a given venue. And this is what today’s audiences expect The same is basically applicable for musicians on stage with the monitor / foldback systems. And here different musicians often need different mixes, with emphasis on vocals or drums, etc. Again, the right gear will allow for different mixes with either large or small systems dependant on the venue. Below we have listed sample elements of the kit we have: PA speakers and amplifiers

MicrophonesWe have over 60 different mic’s , condensers and dynamic, suitable for a wide range of vocals and different instruments. Major makes include Shure, Seinheser, AKG and Red 5. We also have a selection of radio mics and numerous DI boxes. Recording2 x Alesis HD24 24 track hard disk recorders, with digital optical links to the Yamaha 01v desks. Please talk to us about recording and the processes we use / can offer. LightingWe have a wide range of conventional lights (i.e. parcans , cabaret lights, spots, etc.) as well of a good number of moving head/effect lights that we run from conventional / DMX light controllers. However, these lights do require very large numbers of amps to run which is often an issue. Hence we are currently replacing most of our lights with LED technology which requires virtually no amps at all. We have recently acquired Martin LightJockey, a computer based controller as used by top theatres and other professional lighting engineers. It is becoming the industry standard. Lightjockey is capable of delivering the most incredible light shows. We have just got to get the hang of it! Outside Power
